Global Facility Assistance and Frontdesk
Are you ready to shape the future of access systems? At SKIDATA, we’re leaders in cutting-edge access solutions, and we’re looking for a passionate Global Facility Assistance & Frontdesk to join our dynamic Facility team. As the first point of contact, you represent our company and are responsible for the professional coordination of all international telephone inquiries as well as the personal support of our customers and business partners at the reception. Beside this you become the first contact person for global Facility Management agendas.
What You’ll Do
- General front desk duties, including answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service
- Assistance for customers and employees with day-to-day inquiries and needs
- Organization and service of meeting rooms, including preparing water, coffee, and supplies
- Management of company pool cars, including bookings and key handling
- Distribution of incoming post, magazines, and general company emails
- Support for the Facility Manager in daily operations and coordination tasks
- First point of contact for Global Facility & Corporate Management (FCM)
- Close collaboration with the external safety expert to ensure workplace safety and compliance
As the go-to person at the front desk, you’ll keep things running smoothly, support the team, and make sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of.
What You Bring
- A completed apprenticeship in the hotel industry (reception) or in the commercial field
- Very good MS Office skills
- Team spirit and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
- A high level of service orientation and ability to multitask
- Flexibility & hands-on mentality
- Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Fun in dealing with people, good communication skills

We offer a competitive salary based on your qualifications and professional experience. The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 2.303,00 gross per month on a full-time basis. Of course, your actual salary will be adjusted in line with the market based on your qualifications.
