Equipped with a safety limit switch (PL e, SIL 3), SimplySafe ensures the door is securely closed before operation begins - preventing access to danger zones and guaranteeing process safety.

- As Option: PVC fabric, flame resistant B1 according to DIN 4102-1, only Orange similar RAL 2008.
Side frame: Galvanized steel sheet profile 60 x 60 mm
Top roll cover and motor cover (optional): Galvanized steel sheet
Safety limit switch integrated in the side frame (PLe cat 4 according to EN ISO 13849-1 and SIL CL 3 according to EN 62061), ensures the door is securely closed before operation begins.
- Standard: one safety limit switch
- As option: two safety limit switches

Control system: MCC, modular frequency converter control system (Vector Control)
Drive unit: GfA gear motor 0,75 kW with safety catching device and pulse encoder
- As Option: VARIO DRIVE configuration available, but without motor cover, Motor position can be chosen in step of 45°.

Safety light curtain in the side frames, in door line. Only if DH ≥ 1630 mm and DW ≥ 1500 mm. Protecting up to max. height 2500 mm. Spacing between beams 45 mm. For DH < 1.630 or DW < 1.500 stationary photocells integrated in the side frames at 280 mm + X- Level from bottom.
Self-Supporting: the door can be equipped with a substructure that mounting directly to the floor is possible
