Sales Representative Caribbean

Job Summary

The sales representative will be responsible for introducing our products by creating programs that align with market opportunities. Achieve annual sales for defined product lines, maintaining gross profitable margins, controlling the expense budget allocated to your product lines.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets for defined product lines. For the right person, our goals present the perfect combination of challenge and reward potential.

• Build highly effective working relationships with key customers by applying extensive knowledge of sales concepts, practices and procedures. Responsible for developing new

customers and/or channels.

• Identify, develop and manage partnerships across assigned customers and build a distribution network across key accounts and distribution channels.

• Participate in a sales model of solutions to meet customer needs: in addition to excellent products and brands, our competitive advantage in the market is the collaborative relationships developed with our customers.

• Coordinate special events, fairs, conventions, shows, in the region.

• Prepare and coordinate training and technical talks.

• Propose and implement incentive plans for distribution providers.

• Perform various reporting and planning requirements as required by regional leadership.

• Understand competitors' pricing and promotional activities (market analysis) and adjust your strategy to maximize your sales potential.

Education and Experience Profile

  • B.S. degree in Business, Business Administration or related fields
  • Fluent English
  • 2-5 years of experience.
  • Valid U.S. Visa
  • Previous work experience related to marketing or sales is preferred.

Skills required

  • The ability to navigate a large corporation while thriving in a smaller enterprise business unit.
  • Practice of strategic thinking and planning skills and experience.
  • Superior presentation skills and comfort with high-level audiences and varied group sizes. You will regularly introduce business owners.
  • Advanced interpersonal talents and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You must be able to travel up to 50-70% (within the island).
  • Proven experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, efficient and orderly individuals with the willingness to work closely with others.
