Commercialization Manager
Job Summary
The Commercialization Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of brand and marketing communication strategies for Electronics products within the Kwikset brand. Lead the end-to-end project management for the implementation of Marketing initiatives and projects including but not limited to new product launch, advertising, public relations, literature, packaging, POP, and sales/channel support. Oversee internal and external agency creative resources to ensure brand consistency across the marketplace. Manage creative/content development to ensure on time execution of brand initiatives and new product launches.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- (30%) Project Management – Will manage a team of internal and external brand resources to ensure on-time execution. Overseeing several different brand initiatives/projects simultaneously, working cross functionally to deliver on commitments. Elements include new product commercial launches across customers, advertising programs, collateral materials, sales support materials, and photography.
- (40%) New Product Introductions (NPI)
- Lead project management of cross-functional team (Creative, Photography, Project Management, Content Management) through multiple on-going collateral and asset development projects at various stages of NPI development
- Ensure on time creative execution and tracking delivery status
- Manage creative & photography 3rd party agencies and internal resources to ensure NPI launch success
- Prepare Creative Work Orders (CWO) to manage NPI related material
- (20%) Brand Management
- Ensure brand continuity and accuracy, along with proper use of brand logos, sub-brands, naming conventions, fonts, colors, imagery, etc. based on the brand guidelines.
- Effectively manage vendor base to execute ongoing projects.
- Provide project management for creative execution of all product launches, brand initiatives and retail marketing programs
- Manage production of video assets, obtaining quotes from vendors, drafting scripts, coordinating location, purchasing props, etc.
- Project Management – manage several different Brand initiatives / projects simultaneously, working cross functionally to deliver on commitments.
- Event management – support communication functions for events, trade shows and meetings as required
- (10%) Business Processes
- Assist in the development of the annual Brand Marketing Budget; optimizing the spend while meeting key P&L metrics. Consistent P&L management including: individual project budgets, aligning quotes, job numbers, invoices, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the in-house design group/photography departments to prioritize and optimize creative projects.
- Process Development – develop processes necessary to accomplish assigned projects from inception to execution including development of communications plan and execution of all elements.
Education and Experience Profile
- Bachelor’s degree required, Business management/marketing discipline preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of related work experience, preferably in consumer products
- Brand/Product Management experience preferred

Pay Range: $104,755-$164,614.
This “base salary range” is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
