Four sided sealed door for ultra low temperature areas
ASSA ABLOY CI Mak Swing Hatch Blast Freezer Door is a specialized, high-performance solution engineered for extreme cold environments, capable of maintaining negative temperatures as low as -40°C with complete four-sided sealing.
To ensure consistent and reliable performance in ultra-low temperature conditions, the ASSA ABLOY CI Mak Swing Hatch Blast Freezer Door is equipped with 160mm thick PUR insulation and advanced insulation features.
A floor sill is integrated at the base of the door to act as a robust barrier, effectively preventing cold air leakage and shielding the interior from external contaminants. Complementing this, a heater tape system is embedded around the door perimeter.
This system actively combats frost accumulation and condensation, ensuring the door remains fully operational and safe to use—even during continuous exposure to temperatures as low as -40°C.
