Sliding Gastight Door Solution for Controlled Atmosphere Storage

The ASSA ABLOY CI CA Sliding Door is designed for storage areas containing perishable goods in the food industry. As a gastight door system, it is ideal for use in Controlled Atmosphere (CA) and Ultra-Low Oxygen (ULO) storage rooms where precise climate control is essential.

To minimise unnecessary door openings and reduce energy loss, the CA Door is available with a transparent plastic revolving window. For added safety, the hatch can be opened from the inside in case of emergency.

 

The door is supplied with a complete installation frame and a low-noise aluminium rail system featuring notch-guided operation for smooth handling. The 100 mm thick door leaf consists of modular, replaceable panels with a CFC-free polyurethane core. It features a heavy-duty aluminium frame, free of thermal bridging, and is finished with a coated steel surface for durability in demanding conditions. A continuous sealing profile surrounds the entire leaf to ensure gastight performance.
