Software Product Owner



  • Consult business departments for requirement specification, maintain software product roadmap
  • Conduct market studies to identify business strategy, customer needs, market trend, and competitive landscape
  • Gather, prioritize and refine requirements from internal/external stakeholders while keeping team members well informed 
  • Define App and SAAS products to support IOT device work properly and effectively.
  • Create User Stories, Use Cases, Flow Charts, PRD, MRD for business requirements, user requirements, functional & non-functional requirements and system requirements
  • Support bug fixing by clarifying the product requirements



  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups and assist in the entire product lifecycle from design to launch
  • Managing variant types of products including 3rd party partners developing products and/or solutions.
  • Ensures the correct and efficient realization of IOT solution together with all parties
  • Drive and support sales persons to develop customers with initiative actions and helping sales organization to achieve sales target.
  • Define improvement path based on data.



  • Utilize software requirements to work with internal teams to create, maintain and track the project schedule.
  • Take ownership of product management and coordinate between teams as needed.
  • Product solution analysis from strength, weakness and risks. Understand win-lose mode and drive to success
  • Rolling out of new products/apps/automations and resolving stakeholder queries/issues 
  • Monitor product quality assurance (QA) activities.



  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Product Marketing, or equivalent..
  • 5+ years relevant experience in technology related business, with 3+ years in a software/platform product management position.
  • Experience in Security, IOT or Smart Home product is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of general business concepts and sense, strategic alignment and product management.
  • Able to coordinate colleagues from different departments and functional teams.
  • Independent, pro-active, team player, able to work under pressure.
  • Strong logical and structural thinking and familiar with Mindjet tools.
  • Curious about new things, solution thinking, data driven.
  • Outstanding written, presentation, and verbal communication skills in both mandarin and English.
  • Extensive exposure to different cultures and international business is a big plus.
  • Some travels required.
