Purpose of the Job

Be presenting for AAVN to develop the retail sales channel and promoting the product ranges in assigned territories. Create the necessary brand awareness with assigned targeted customer groups. Present and consult our values, solutions by the product ranges and finally win the deal.


  • Achieve set monthly/quarterly/yearly set targets & KPI.


  • Align with marketing department to promote and create brand awareness for AA/Yale brands within the assigned territories.
  • Maintain and enhance the excellent relationships with current customers/distributors/dealers and partners.
  • Develop retail dealers network extension by acquiring new customer coverage within the assigned territoties.
  • Build a strong relationship with related parties. Deeply understand the customers'  demands as well as the technical/commercial needs and present our respective products accordingly.
  • Implement the retail strategies to increase the share of shops' shelves and share of customers' wallets.
  • Study competition of each specific customer and prepare win-win quotes of our customized solutions in the compliance with the consutation/direction of the supervisors/company.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans eg product displays, Yale corner and sign boards as needed. Coordinate with Marketing Department to delivering an events program, to ensure that brand presence is maximized and strategic objectives are met.
  • Constantly and regularly monitor, follow up and report on progress of the customers'requirements to all stakeholders.
  • Be the representative for AAVN for customer contacts or/and related events. Live on AA values. Do everything to enhance and to protect AAVN as a company and brand and don't do anything that can cause disadvantage or damage AA/Yale as a company or brand.
  • Other jobs assigned by supervisors and the company.

Demonstrate (Key competencies)


  • Experience in retail / trade sales, business development
  • Have a good understanding of branding and dealer network set up
  • Good at computer (MS Office, internet)



  • Very good at communication skill, negotiation skill
  • Strong learning capability and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. High levels of creativity
  • Result oriented, take initiatives, self-motivated and have the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.


Educational Level:

  • Degree or relevant certification


Working Experience:

  • Min. 5 years' experience in retail/trade sales, retail business development
  • Ability to work with cross culture, function and country teams.
