Supply Chain Specialist

What do we expect from this role?
• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
• Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents and records.
• Track shipments and update internal systems accordingly.
• Support inventory control and warehouse coordination.
• Ensure compliance with international trade and customs regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
What is required for this role?
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
