Assembler
Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for an Assembler. This position will be responsible for meeting using specific parts and components to assemble fence panels based on the needs set forth by the location manager.
What you will be doing:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift more than 40 pounds, bend and twist.
- Must be able to read work orders accurately for assembly jig setup.
- Must be able to maintain accurate counts of assembled product.
- Must be able to identify damaged goods with in the assembly process.
- Must have dexterity- able to insert rubber grommets into rails for an extended period of time.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Must be able to work with others as a team of two to accomplish results as needed.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with fellow employees and the location manager.
The skills and experience you need:
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Other:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must comply with the dress code
