Installation Procurement Manager
Location: Warsaw, ul. Iłżecka 24, building F2
Tasks:
• Conducting tenders for services and cooperation with Project Managers
• Continuous improvement of the subcontractor management process
• Development and implementation of the subcontractor team development process
• Implementation and supervision of the subcontractor onboarding process
• Active establishment and development of long-term, partnership-based relationships with key suppliers and contractors.
• Creating an atmosphere of cooperation based on trust, openness and mutual support.
• Representing the company in contacts with external partners with a focus on dialogue, empathy and understanding.
Strong focus on achieving purchasing goals in accordance with the schedule and budget.
Expectations:
• Higher education
• Valid category B driving license
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to build and nurture warm, trust-based relationships with suppliers, business partners and co-workers.
• Openness, communication skills and empathy in everyday cooperation with people.
• Charisma in interpersonal contacts.
• Initiative in acquiring new partners and developing a network of contacts in the industry.
• Ability to represent the company in a professional and partnership-based manner.
• Effectiveness in conducting negotiations based on long-term cooperation.
• Ability to manage many parallel tasks and project priorities.
• Independence in action and responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Readiness to travel to business meetings with contractors in Poland.
