PQC Engineer

Position: PQC Engineer.
2.
Report to: Quality Operation Team Leader
3.
Working time: 8:00 – 17:00 | Monday – Friday
4.
Location : DEEP C 2B Industrial Zone, Dinh Vu, Hai Phong
5.
Responsibility:
The engineer will be responsible for PQC, handling internal issues, conduct in-process quality controls to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards, Identify, report, and follow up on quality issues and process abnormalities, Monitor compliance with work instructions, SOPs, and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control product quality throughout the manufacturing process in accordance with quality standards, procedures, and control plans.
• Perform in-process inspections at production stages to ensure products meet technical and quality requirements.
• Detect, record, and report quality defects arising during production, coordinate with production teams for timely corrective actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and proposes corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Internal
• Control nonconforming products, including segregation, labeling, and follow-up handling according to procedures.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and QA departments to improve processes and reduce defect rates.
• Prepare, update, and maintain in-process quality inspection records and reports.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the ISO Quality Management System within production areas.
• Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and production line audits as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or quality control.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Experience in PQC management.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle abnormal issues

Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Customer-focused and results-driven mindset.

Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

English/Chines can speak and write.
