Site/Plant Manager

 

B&B Roadway and Security Solutions, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a Site/Plant Manager in our Russellville, AL location. 

 

What you will be doing:

 

The Site/Plant Manager leads day‑to‑day operations of the production facility and is responsible for driving safe, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing performance. This role provides hands‑on leadership, sets operational priorities, and partners with cross‑functional teams to meet productivity, quality, and cost goals. This position is directly responsible for operations and supply chain and works closely with Quality, Engineering, Sales and Management.

 

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should demonstrate the skills, experience, and leadership capabilities needed to effectively support plant operations.

Education:  

  •     Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

 

   Experience: 

  • Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience. 
  • 5 - 7 years of relevant business experience preferred, including financial statement knowledge (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). 
  • Experience with ERP systems and budgeting/financial analysis. 
  • Ability to work effectively with all leadership levels and resolve customer issues. 
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; able to drive results. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to handle confidential business information.

 

Job Duties and requirements:

  • Lead daily business unit operations to ensure safe, efficient performance. 
  • Execute growth strategies and maximize production asset utilization with Sales. 
  • Manage key leaders and set performance goals aligned to business objectives. 
  • Drive operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Support key customer engagements, talent development, and major investments. 
  • Communicate strategy, priorities, and results to employees.
