Location:                    Gdańsk and Gościszewo, Poland

The ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions EMEIA division leads the development within door openings and products for access solutions in homes, businesses, and institutions. Our offering includes doors, door and window hardware, locks, access control and service. The division has an annual turnover of €2billion and 12,000 employees, with commercial and operational activities managed through 13 Market Regions across Europe, Middle East, India and Africa.

 

We are currently looking for a position of a Head of Product Management at Roger to join our team.

 

Purpose of the Role

 

As a Head of Product Management at Roger, you will guide products through their entire lifecycle—from concept to launch and beyond. Acting as the bridge between business objectives, customer needs, and technical capabilities, you will ensure that our products deliver exceptional value to both the company and its customers.

 

Scope of Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company vision
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
  • Perform competitive analysis to uncover gaps and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create new products and enhance existing ones
  • Lead product launches in partnership with the marketing team
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to shape product features
  • Define product positioning strategies
  • Communicate product value to the sales team and develop effective sales tools
  • Plan and execute pricing strategies
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution
  • Maintain accurate technical data and ensure consistency across catalogs, POS materials, and websites
  • Work closely with R&D, sales, and marketing to deliver products to market
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and manage supply chain effectively
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Drive innovation within the product pipeline
  • Report on product performance and key initiatives to stakeholders
  • Create timelines, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently

 

Requirements

 

We are looking for a professional who brings a mix of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills:

  • Proven experience in product management – from concept development to market launch and lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in applying them to product development processes.
  • Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis, with the ability to identify trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in pricing and positioning strategies, ensuring products meet both customer needs and business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of engaging stakeholders and presenting product value clearly.
  • Leadership and collaboration abilities, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, thriving in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
