Ceco Door, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is growing and to support that growth, we are adding an IT Business Systems Analyst to our team. This role will be based onsite 100% of the time out of our manufacturing facility located in Milan, Tennessee.

What would you do as our IT Business Systems Analyst?

You’ll act as the crucial bridge between our business stakeholders and IT partners … analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring our systems evolve alongside our business needs.

You will also:

  • Analyze and document business processes and system requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enhancements.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
  • Support testing, implementation, and evaluation of new systems and enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, developers, and IT consultants.
  • Assist in the development of documentation and training materials.
  • Assure compliance with federal, state, local and corporate governance policies, regulations and laws, AADG programs and policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct.

 

The skills and experience you need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in business analysis (requirements gathering, software documentation, functional testing).
  • Solid technical foundation with understanding of software and web technologies.
  • Previous experience using tools like Excel, SQL, and SSRS to develop reports.
  • Development in Microsoft SQL Server, Python, Tableau, Power BI is a plus.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to evaluate systems and processes for performance, stability, simplicity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business analysis tools.
