Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for manufacturing operations? We’re looking for a Manufacturing Controller to lead financial reporting, budgeting, and cost optimization efforts that directly impact our strategic goals. This is a high-impact role where your insights will shape decisions, improve efficiency, and support cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do
As our Manufacturing Controller, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations, responsible for:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Deliver accurate financial statements and insightful analysis in compliance with GAAP and internal standards.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the development and oversight of annual budgets and forecasts that support manufacturing performance.
- Cost Accounting & Control: Manage cost accounting processes, analyze variances, and implement strategies to reduce costs and boost profitability.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics like production costs and inventory turnover to drive operational efficiency.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to align financial strategies with business goals.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls, including Sarbanes-Oxley if applicable.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of finance professionals, fostering growth and accountability.
What You Bring
We’re seeking candidates who are ready to lead and make a measurable impact:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in manufacturing.
- Expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
