At our Salem facility, we specialize in precision CNC manufacturing, producing industry-leading security solutions. As part of our mission-driven team, you’ll help ensure that every component is delivered on time and to exacting standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage production schedules across multiple departments.
- Coordinate with Managers and Team Leads to communicate order priorities and scheduling updates.
- Review and distribute daily production and shipment schedules.
- Track progress, monitor inventory levels, and report on production status and challenges.
- Serve as a liaison between Operations and Customer Care to ensure timely information flow.
- Support inventory management, including cycle counts and stock level coordination.
- Step in as a backup for Team Leads and fellow Schedulers when needed.
- Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures in all tasks.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); college degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Experience in a precision manufacturing environment with a solid understanding of inventory control and production processes.
- Experience working in ERP systems— JD Edwards experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention-to-detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Quick learner with a knack for picking up new systems and tools.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives on collaboration, and wants to play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly.
The most competitive candidate will have 3 years of experience as a production scheduler using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool like JD Edwards.
