Votre quotidien 

 

 

  • Créer, adapter, améliorer et gérer l’obsolescence des outils de montage, de contrôle et de réglage : conception, prototypage, recherche de fournisseurs, approvisionnement, fabrication et assemblage, mise en service, suivi.
  • Participer avec l’aide des Ingénieurs Méthodes à la conception de nouveaux produits (phase prototype et préséries) dans l’objectif de réduire les erreurs d’assemblage (Poka Yoke), de faciliter le montage et/ou le réglage des produits.
  • Gérer, maintenir et suivre le parc d’outillages dans nos services Production.
  • Former les différents utilisateurs aux machines tournantes et électroportatives en toute sécurité.

 

 

Votre profil 

 

  • Bac +2 type Technicien Méthodes ou BTS (CPI, CPRP PU, CRCI) ou BUT GMT, vous avez une expérience d’au moins 5 ans sur un poste équivalent.
  • Une bonne connaissance de SolidWorks ou d’un autre outil de modélisation 3D est demandée.
  • Vous êtes bricoleur(se) et aimez fabriquer vos propres prototypes.

 

 

Vous avez un esprit d’analyse, êtes rigoureux et autonome, faites preuve d’initiative et êtes force de proposition. Vous êtes apte à coordonner le travail d’une équipe et avez une bonne capacité d’écoute.

 

 

Your missions 

 

  • Create, adapt, improve and manage the obsolescence of assembly, testing a calibration tools: design prototyping, supplier sourcing, procurement, manufacturing and assembly, commissioning, monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Method Engineers in designing new products (prototype and pre-production phases) with the aim of reducing assembly errors (Poka Yoke), facilitating product assembly and/or adjustment.
  • Manage, maintain and monitor the tooling inventory in our Production departments.
  • Train users on the safe operation of rotating machinery and power tools.

 

 

Your profile

 

  • Technical diploma as Methods Technician or Process Technician, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of SolidWorks would be appreciated

 

You have strong analytical skills, are meticulous and autonomous, show initiative and are proactive with new ideas. You are capable of coordinating teamwork and have excellent listening skills.
