We are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager to join our LUX-IDent team in Sauerlach, Germany alternatively in Lanskroun /Czech Republic. You will be responsible selling LUX-IDent RFID components such as smart inlays and labels and other RFID tag solutions for in-person applications as well as object identification and authentication.

The successful candidate will be the interface for our key accounts and will be expected to fully understand customer and market requirements to drive business growth in cooperation with our key customers.

As our Key Account Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

 

·       Being the first contact for our key accounts. In this role you will work closely with them on a daily basis

·       Being first contact for intercompany sales, which is also handled as key account

·       Doing product cost calculations based on input from the development team, writing quotes, following up and finalizing sales

·       Managing and being accountable for the sales quota assigned to the key account

·       Supporting the LUX sales channels with project management

·       Working effectively with the internal R&D and technical team to define customer operational requirements and create solution configurations

·       Fully understanding customer requirements and effectively communicating these needs to Product Marketing, Product Management and Sales Management to ensure the            expansion and alignment of our product & technology roadmap 

·       Providing sales forecasts and communicating internally with Management, Product Management & Engineering to ensure delivery aligns with customer expectations

·       Traveling throughout assigned clients on a regular basis to expand business

·       Providing timely submission of reports, forecasts and other related action items as required by senior management

 

 

Your Experience and Background include:  

 

·       Commercial and/or technical sales experience in RFID technologies is an advantage. Newcomers from related technologies are welcome

·       Existing network of partners and integrators in the targeted markets is a plus

·       Ability to directly engage with major end users within key verticals to evangelize and drive technology and product decisions

·       Must have strong written and verbal skills in German and English with the ability to lead presentations both internally and externally. Additional knowledge of foreign               languages is a plus

·       Capable of establishing credibility with customers as well as other internal departments: Product Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Finance

·       Strong out-of-the-box thinking combined with a hands-on attitude, the ability to manage multiple projects successfully

·       Must possess excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to adhere to deadlines

·       Must be able to work effectively as a part of an international team within LUX-IDent and HID

·       Previous multi-country/multi-regional experience preferred

·       Knowledge of RFID technologies and related sales experience is a distinct advantage

·       Knowledge of identification and authentication technologies is an advantage

·       Knowledge of handling key accounts with target to continuously grow sales with them
