Reporting to the National Service Sales Manager, the Spare Parts Coordinator is an integral team member for our Service Brand and Service Solutions.


Key Responsibilities


Responsible for the timely delivery of parts around Australia whilst maintaining and monitoring warehouse stock levels to ensure Service Technicians and customer are well supported at all times.


  • Pick and pack stock orders
  • Preparation and distribution of parts across Australia
  • Answering customer phone calls and taking orders
  • Work closely with the Parts & Logistics Team Leader
  • Adhoc deliveries to customers when required
  • Sourcing and ordering of parts from key suppliers for quoted jobs that require non Assa Abloy products
  • Loading and unloading of warehouse goods
  • Accurately record all parts movements in TSM
  • Monitor and maintain optimum stock levels within the warehouse and service technician vans
  • Support and assist the Spare Parts department with annual stock takes, order picking and general warehouse up keep


Essential Experience


  • Current Forklift licence
  • Previous warehouse pick & pack experience preferred but not essential
  • Maintain and drive OHS requirements at all times
  • High attention to detail with the ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet the needs of the customer and service technicians
  • Good communication and phone manner
  • Willingness to learn new processes and procedures
  • Able to work unsupervised
