The ASSA ABLOY DE6190AR Automatic Restraint System is designed to ensure safety at all times, minimising the risk of accident and injury during loading processes.
Prevent unplanned movement
The round blocking arm of the ASSA ABLOY DE6190AR Automatic Restraint System traps the vehicles wheel, preventing unplanned vehicle movement during the loading and unloading process. Accidental creep is impossible and vehicles cannot drive off during the process.
With a constant restraining force applied throughout the process, it’s safety you can rely on.
New features and benefits
Complete control with double way interlockingThe double way interlocking system means that dock doors cannot open before the restraint system is in place, and the blocking arm will only move away from the wheel when the dock door is closed.
With this system, operations will only begin when a vehicle is safely docked, and vehicles will never move off before it’s safe to do so.
Optional sensor prevents damage to mud flaps
The ASSA ABLOY DE6190AR Automatic Restraint is also suitable for vehicles with tail lifts because of the new retractable detection arm. The retractable arm tucks neatly into position alongside the restraint when not in use, preventing damage to truck wheels or tail lifts. With an optional mud flap sensor, potential damage to trucks with long mud flaps is avoided.
Easy installation
Installing the ASSA ABLOY DE6190AR Automatic Restraint System requires minimal building preparation and it uses limited internal space, with the hydraulic unit being located on the restraint system itself.
So, for maximum safety at your loading bays, look no further than the ASSA ABLOY DE6190AR Automatic Restraint System.
Manual restraints
As an alternative safety solution, we also have the ASSA ABLOY DE6090MR Manual Restraint. It offers the same functionality, except that the blocking arm for the rear wheel of the trailer is secured and released manually.
The manual system also incorporates a two-way interlocking system, meaning dock doors cannot open before the restraint system is in place and the blocking arm will only be retractable when the dock door is closed.
