The Role:
This position plays a key part in supporting AAES operations by ensuring timely and accurate processing of District, Distributor, Canada, and Shared Services orders. The role requires a strong understanding of AAES organizational procedures and PDS Equipment to facilitate efficient order entry. With a focus on high-volume accuracy, the individual will also be cross-trained in various departmental functions including invoicing, paint matching, scheduling, and handling quality complaint orders—contributing to a well-rounded and agile team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field requests for job expedites and preferred scheduling slots
- Coordinate the use of expedite slots with production
- Work with Production Group Leaders to provide prompt responses
- Process branch bookings in iSAC and enter equipment orders for Districts, Distributors & Canada in Baan
- Review in detail that all booking and change order documentation is complete
- Work with branch operations to manage and release orders
- Coordinate job scheduling
- Work with the Custom Committee to ensure jobs are entered correctly
- Enter class 3 orders for extrusions related to projects already shipped
- Act as the liaison between production and sales
What You Will Need:
- High school diploma (required)
- Community college degree (preferred)
- Undergraduate degree (helpful, but not required)
- Two – five years working in an office environment
- Working in a pressure field environment
- Working as a team
- Previous customer service experience
- Data entry experience
- Computer ability: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
