ERP Regional Program Manager - SAP S4 HANA

Today we are present in more than 36 countries with more than 20 different Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. In ERP transformation program called project ONE these ERP systems will now be replaced by global cloud-based solution to support developing and expanding our business. ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is rolling out SAP S/4 HANA across the Division which will enable and support its business expansion strategy in line with the new operating business model. This is done in all geographies and business areas which belong to the ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions legal structure.
PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE
The ERP regional program manager has responsibility for the RO of the SAP ERP solution and the new processes to all countries in the relevant region. The project operates in three regions – Americas, EMEA and Asia.
KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Regional extension of the core PMO team based in the regional time zone(s) – Americas (US/Dallas)
- Main local responsible for the roll outs in the regions – not a RO country specific role
- Identify/drive/oversee the RO activities for actual countries throughout the RO project time cycle – from Analysis to Support according to the RO framework
- Manages a virtual team of Country leads, change network roles and local BA leads
- Interaction with local stakeholders to capture and understand requirements and approve the solutions being created
- Support/manage the Country leads in their effort coordinating data migration, local interface build, UAT, training, cut-over/go-live and hyper care
- Working together with SI partner (timeline, milestones…) – global and regional SI teams
- Oversee program regional budget and the risk management process throughout the project.
SELECTION CRITERIA
Essential:
- 10 years+ of relevant experience in SAP ERP project/program management roles
- Experienced in a broad range of functional and technical SAP ERP aspects – processes, architecture, development etc.
- Experienced in multiple SAP ERP Rollout projects preferably SAP S/4
- Experienced in working in a decentralized organization using virtual collaboration methods
- Strong communication skills in English, self-driven, motivated, leads and supports a team environment. For APAC area Chinese language skills are necessary.
- Structured and process oriented with experience in successfully identifying best-practice and driving change to ways of working
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly; demonstrate flexibility when presented with change.
- Lead and support a team environment.
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline
- Bachelor / Master's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent discipline is required
