Location: This is an onsite position based out of Temecula, CA 5 days a week

Key areas you will contribute to the role include:

 

Inside sales:

 

  • Build relationships with assigned accounts .
  • Negotiate customer purchasing terms and conditions to facilitate profitable growth of ASSA ABLOY brands.
  • Follow up on project quotations to help sales team win projects.
  • Maintain communication with internal sales team to ensure make sure opportunities are properly tracked.
  • Maintain contact and drive revenue by managing Inside Sales Outreach Program target accounts.
  • Manage Sales & Marketing lead development and follow up.
  • Coordinate team efforts to offer to get our brands approved for projects, driving our substitution request process.

 

Sales operations:

 

  • Customer data and database updates and management.
  • Lead generation process management.
  • Salesforce power user.
  • Sales revenue allocation and reporting.
  • Monthly sales reports.

 

Event management:

 

  • Internal and external training event coordination.
  • Fleet (MIS) event coordination.
  • Trade show coordination.
  • Meeting/event management.
  • Lead distribution and follow-up (in conjunction with outside sales teams).

 

Secondary focus areas:

 

  • Back-up for all duties related to the Administrator, Pricing and Quoting role.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Education and/or experience:

 

  • Your background includes a College/University degree (preference for business administration or a similar field,), or have work experience commensurate with, minimum high school/GED diploma.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience with CRM, reporting, and contact management tools.
  • Working knowledge of industry-related software is a plus.
  • You have a can-do, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • You are a self-motivated, organized individual who takes pride in attention to details and accuracy in their work.
  • You're a multi-tasker who can manage time and projects proficiently.
  • You are a strong communicator.
  • You have the ability to organize broad information from numerous sources into cohesive and effective content and reports.
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and have strong follow-up habits.

 

This position will be performed onsite Monday through Friday at our Temecula, CA location.

 

The annualized salary for this role is $60K - $75K. The final pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level, and other qualifications for the role.  Benefits and additional compensation offered for this position are
