As our Bid Manager / Sales Support, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

Tender Management:

• Review and analyze tender documents to understand requirements, compliance criteria, and deadlines
• Develop a comprehensive bid plan and timeline to ensure timely submission

Bid Development:

• Prepare high-quality, professional proposals that reflect IAI’s capabilities and competitive advantages
• Ensure all responses are accurate, complete, and aligned with client specifications

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Liaise with engineering, operations, finance, and legal teams to collect and validate information
• Coordinate inputs from subject matter experts to address technical and commercial sections of the tender

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure adherence to government procurement regulations and internal quality standards
• Conduct final reviews for accuracy, clarity, and compliance before submission

Market & Industry Insight:

• Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes
• Provide feedback to sales leadership on bid outcomes and improvement opportunities 

Your Experience and Background include:  

• Proven experience managing government tenders and procurement processes
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages is a plus
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the entire bid process
• Knowledge of the ID and passport personalisation industry
• Familiarity with security printing and document issuance technologies
