The primary objective of this role is to drive sales and growth of the of our Textile Services industry vertical. The role shall focus on 3 areas:

  • Pro-actively managing and growing laundry tag sales in the US by taking share from HID laundry tag competitors.
  • Collaborating with InvoTech / Textile Services to hunt net-new tag and platform business
  • Identify potential SI partners to drive overall revenue within the Industrial Laundry segment across verticals.

The Sales Manager, Textile Services will be a key contributor to the global Textile Services business development strategy working with with key ecosystem integrators and partners.

As our Sales Manager, Textile Services, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

  • Actively building sales pipeline of potential customers primarily with the Hospitality, Health Care, and Industrial verticals.
  • Developing new opportunities in current accounts.
  • Collaborating with HID leadership, regional sales, product management, and marketing to suggest and implement opportunities for growth.
  • Accurately forecasting sales pipeline and closing business against defined quota (personal overall including regional teams).
  • Representing the company at trade shows and events and to partners including the preparation and execution of speaking sessions as needed.
  • Providing competitive analytics for current and future requirements to the regional sales managers and other interested parties.
  • Continuously reviewing the sales results at all levels of the reseller channels you are responsible for, put in place action programs to make good any shortfall against forecasts, for these accounts. 
  • Providing training and business case support to regional sales teams and HID business development.
  • Managing leads, opportunities, and forecasts within Salesforce on a regular basis.
  • Performing any other duties as deemed necessary by the sales management.

 

Your Experience and Background include:  

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Laundry/Hospitality/Linen business segment required for this role.
  • RFID Sales experience in selling both RFID component and RFID platform products would be a plus.
  • Complex sales methodology training preferred.
  • Experience in selling into Distributors, VARs, Integrators and direct OEMs.
  • Experience developing Strategic Alliance programs and/or have experience managing market-based Strategic Alliances with key strategic partners preferred. 
  • Sales or technical sales degree, or equivalent education plus relevant industry experience.
  • Experience with CRM, Sales and Marketing Automation tools including Salesforce.com, Marketo, and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex business and financial data and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent planning, organizational and leadership capabilities.

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HID, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

 

The base salary in the United States is $93,000 to $98,000. The OTE is up to $163,000.
