Key Account Administration Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Admin Manager to lead the daily business operations. This role will lead our support function operations and will report directly to the Director of Service Operations for Key accounts. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to service coordination, people leadership, collaboration with new equipment install team, A/P, A/R & collections. This position will require the responsibility of leading and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. This position will require the development and evaluation of key performance indicators (KPI’s) for all employees.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive continuous operation excellence, seamless flow and process development.
- Supervise, assist and evaluate (15+) direct reports.
- Ensure satisfactory account audits, assuring that the proper operation processes are being used daily.
- Conduct & document weekly staff meetings.
- Motivate, promote and direct staff to meet departmental and organizational goals.
- Maintain open line of communication between staff and management.
- Participate in customer contract review and onboarding.
Goals and Compliance
- Develop individual & departmental goals and implement plan to carry out objectives.
- Assist districts and service providers in meeting of all goals
- Provide weekly forecast reports.
- Participate in regular meetings & communicate with department supervisors.
- Conduct & document any required ASSA ABLOY compliance training for staff.
- Ensure compliance with all established policies and procedures.
- Work closely to assist in developing and updating operational processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in management.
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word (Baan experience would be an asset).
- Analytical skills are a must.
- Excellent time management, ability to meet deadlines, handles projects simultaneously, and works effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills and strong team approach to work environment.
