Associate Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Associate eCommerce Content Manager will help devise and implement the strategy, techniques, and tactics used to increase online sales revenue via improved organic search and on-site navigation, conversion, content optimization, and review/ratings. Reporting to the Director, Marketing, this position will work closely with Sales, Channel Marketing, and Creative & Media to ensure eCommerce growth. Please note: This is a full-time, 18-month fixed term role.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

(30%) Manage New Item Set-Up 
•    Manage new item set-up procedure on eCommerce partner sites leveraging software automation to ensure speed to market and coordinated on-time delivery based on product launch calendar
•    Coordinate and execute omni-channel product launch programs that drive engagement and support retail including publication of above the fold content, A+/Enhanced content, backend SEO & navigation optimization, and review/ratings
•    Execute samplings campaign to syndicate reviews/ratings across the eCommerce landscape and track on-going review trends
•    Ensure Brand consistency & compliance across all major eCommerce partner sites
•    Build and maintain systems and protocols that ensure all content is optimized 
•    Assist in maintaining detailed content health analytics reporting dashboards

(40%) Deploy Effective Digital Marketing Content, Copy and Creative 
•    Develop and maintain digital content database for all products. 
•    Implement enhanced product content on detail pages via retailer databases or WebCollage
•    Develop and maintain brand stores and landing pages across multiple retailer websites.
•    Evaluate copy based upon consumer feedback, product improvements, and market dynamics.
•    Track and update product images and additional content as necessary across multiple brands
•    Submit design requests for infographics, imagery, photographs, video required to support digital needs.

(30%) Conversion Improvement Strategy & Execution  
•    Leverage the dashboards to identify areas of success and opportunity to take action and present findings to key stakeholders in weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews
•    Track and report organic share of search KPIs to increase traffic via improved SEO keyword density and on-site navigation for multiple CPG brands and product categories

Education and Experience Profile

  • College or bachelor’s Degree, Marketing focus preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience

 

Required Skills
•    Working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central; preferably other online retailer portals
•    Deep working knowledge of the latest SEO/navigation techniques and algorithm updates.
•    Working knowledge of Content Syndication Platforms, ideally Salsify and BazaarVoice.
•    Strong written and oral communication skills.
•    Experience with detail-driven projects; preferably in a marketing department.
•    Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.

Typical Office Environment
Hybrid role 3 days per week in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Pay Range: $53,388-$91,753
