HR Director & Business Partner Senior Care

Our Senior Care Business Area delivers innovative technologies and services that empower care providers to enhance safety, efficiency, and quality of life for people in need of support.
We are now looking for an experienced and driven HR Director & Business Partner to join the Senior Care business area, supporting our 400+ people located in Europe and North America. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business objectives across our global operations. You will partner with business leaders and local HR teams to drive talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals
- Provide expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
- Support talent acquisition by working closely with recruitment teams and hiring managers
- Drive employee engagement and retention through effective communication and feedback
- Advise managers on performance management, coaching, and development plans
- Manage employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
- Coordinate and align HR activities with local HR teams globally
- Actively participate in the Senior Care management team and Global Divisional HR Team
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as a business partner or generalist
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Analytical, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multinational environment
- Experience with mergers & acquisitions and change management is a plus
- High proficiency in Swedish and English
