Part of Global Solutions, the E-Business Administrator, will contribute to strengthen our After Market Sales (AMS) operations in Hospitality.
Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…
As the E-Business Administrator for the Global solutions division of Hospitality VingCard in ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions Iberica, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience while supporting the digital transformation of our After Market Sales (AMS) operations.
Reporting to the Internal Sales and Marketing Manager, you will join a dynamic team within the AMS department, supporting e-commerce initiatives, daily operations (such as order processing and switchboard tasks), and digital growth strategies.
What you will do…
You will be responsible for:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the eStore, ensuring smooth order processing and a high-quality customer experience
- Focus on eStore adoption by converting offline customers to online ordering
- Support offline and digital marketing campaigns aligned with the Business Plan
- Maintain and update the online product catalogues including setup of new products and visuals
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns in collaboration with local and international teams
- Manage workflow and set priorities for the eStore
- Co-ordinate customer, product & price data in the ERP according to the eStore guidelines
- Collaborate with Management and IT teams to identify and implement eStore improvements
- Perform functionality testing of the new eStore features before they go live
- Track and report monthly performance metrics and KPIs for the eStore
- Create corporate presentations and brochures for internal and external use, including support for newly acquired companies
- Support cross-functional teams during holidays and peak periods
What we expect of you…
The successful candidate must demonstrate as a minimum requirement:
- Have a team working mindset.
- Proficienct in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles; experience in eCommerce is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to create reports and participate in meetings confidently
- Attention to detail with the ability to follow through on tasks and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Confidence and polite telephone manner
- Systematic approach to working
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus, but not required
Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have previous experience working in AX dynamics or SAP in processing orders, as well as knowledge working with Microsoft CRM 365.
