As the Global Campaign Manager for the FARGO business unit at HID, you will be responsible for development of the FARGO customer value proposition, creation of global marketing campaigns and programs and successful execution of campaigns and communication in partnership with FARGO regional marketers. FARGO is a business unit within HID that offers an industry defining portfolio of products for the issuance of identity credentials.
The FARGO Business Unit is looking for a highly motivated & talented individual to strengthen the business’s marketing capabilities, develop and execute a refined customer value proposition and lead global marketing initiatives.

As our Global Campaign Manager you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Collaborating with the Senior Director to develop and implement strategic marketing and demand generation plans that support the business unit's goals and objectives.
- Developing and executing the FARGO customer value proposition, ensuring it aligns with market needs and differentiates the brand in the marketplace.
- Leading the development and execution of FARGO market positioning and brand strategy, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand identity across all marketing efforts.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing programs and campaigns to drive growth of new product launches and existing product lines.
- Developing global channel marketing strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth through Value-Add Resellers, Distributors, and System Integration partners.
- Overseeing the creation and execution of global marketing communications plans, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all channels.
- Planning, executing, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimizing performance and ROI.
- Developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies in partnership with corporate marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Utilizing data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns and improve overall online customer experience.
- Staying updated on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing best practices to enhance the company's online presence and reach.
- Utilizing data and analytics to define and measure program success, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Working closely with corporate marketing, regional marketing, product management, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
- Managing the global campaign and program budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.
- Communicating and operating effectively with senior leaders to gain support and buy-in for global marketing strategies.
Your Experience and Background include:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand marketing, channel marketing, digital marketing and marketing communications.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with digital marketing and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience in an international, multi-site and multicultural business environment

The base salary in the United States is $120,000 to $140,000.
