As our Manufacturing Engineering Technician, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Driving and managing change implementation, ensuring effective control and identifying opportunities for systemic improvement.
- Developing and maintaining graphic proofs for manufactured products with precision and consistency.
- Executing tasks using a structured, well-documented, and methodical approach.
- Communicating clearly and effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrating autonomy, proactivity, adaptability, and a commitment to accuracy.
- Exhibiting strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
Your Experience and Background include:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant experience is accepted.
- 0–5 years of practical experience in design or manufacturing engineering.
- Strong understanding of the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process.
- Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Agile.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiar with Oracle.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
