Identification Technologies (IDT):
IDT is creating trusted identities for IoT applications through Smart Components and Enabling Services.

As our Sales Administrator, you’ll support HID’s success by
- Arrange the despatch of customer sales orders (international and domestic).
- Carry out day-to-day sales administrative duties and provide support to the team and customers.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client information.
- Process concessions, order amendments, and warranty orders.
- Raise and manage RMA requests and liaise with internal teams to ensure the smooth running of the process to completion..
- Handle customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Carry out general administrative duties to support the efficiency of the department.
- Assist with Month End and Quarterly financial reporting related to sales (revenue, order intake, maintenance contracts) and RMA’s.
Your Experience and Education include:
- Proven experience in a Sales Administration or similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
