Structural Engineer
RESPONSIBILITY职责：
- Responsible for the overall structural design of fingerprint locks, 3D modeling of hardware, stamping parts, die-casting parts and other components, and 2D drawing output.
负责指纹锁整机结构设计，包括五金件、塑胶件、压铸件等零部件的3D建模及2D图纸输出
- Independently responsible for the whole life cycle management of fingerprint lock structure development, from concept design, detailed design, mold tracking, trial production to mass production introduction.
独立负责指纹锁整机结构开发全生命周期管理，从概念设计、详细设计、模具跟踪、试产到量产导入
- Proactively identify and assess potential risks in structural design, production processes, supply chains, etc. (Risk Management), and develop preventive measures and emergency plans;
主动识别和评估结构设计、生产工艺、供应链等方面的潜在风险 ，并制定预防措施和应急方案
- Lead prototype review, mold follow-up, and trial production issue optimization to ensure product manufacturability and cost control.
主导手板评审、模具跟进及试产问题优化，确保产品可制造性及成本控制
- Collaborate with the hardware/software team to complete the structural layout and adapt to the space and heat dissipation requirements of electronic modules (such as fingerprint modules and cat's eye modules).
协同硬件/软件团队完成结构布局，适配电子模组（如指纹模组、猫眼模组）的空间及散热需求
- Handle production anomalies and provide technical support and solutions.
处理生产异常，提供技术支持和解决方案
- Comply with the PPCD's EHS regulations.
遵守PPCD的EHS（环境、健康和安全）规定。
REQUIREMENTS要求：
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design or related majors, more than 5 years of experience in smart lock structure design.
机械设计相关专业本科以上学历，5年以上智能锁结构设计经验
- Proficient in design tools such as Creo and AutoCAD, and familiar with stamping, injection molding, and die-casting processes and industry standards.
精通Solidworks/Creo/AutoCAD等设计工具，熟悉冲压、注塑、压铸等工艺及行业标准
- Capable of independent design of complete devices and familiar with lock body mechanical structure and security level requirements;
具备整机独立设计能力，熟悉锁体机械结构及安防等级要求
- Have a strong sense of project management, be proficient in common project management tools (such as MS Project, Jira, PDM/PLM systems), and be able to effectively plan tasks, manage progress and control risks
具备强烈的项目管理意识，熟练掌握常用项目管理工具（如MS Project, Jira, PDM/PLM系统），能有效规划任务、管理进度和控制风险.
- Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, the ability to clearly articulate and debate technical issues, and the ability to make data-driven decisions
出色的跨部门沟通和协调能力，能够清晰地进行技术阐述和辩论，具备以数据驱动决策的能力
- Possess structured thinking and motivation to solve complex technical problems and be able to lead the team to overcome technical difficulties

- (Bonus) PMP or similar project management certification
