Architectural Graduate

We are currently recruiting for an Architectural graduate to be enrolled onto our EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) Graduate Programme, which will entail a 3-month international secondment to another Region within ASSA ABLOY. You will take part in a number of development programmes and will also be assigned a mentor within your local business.
What would you do as our Architectural Graduate?
As our Architectural Graduate, you will be responsible for driving sales of our cutting-edge architectural software solution, Openings Studio, to architects, specifiers, design firms, and construction professionals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in architecture and interior design.
- Increase platform user base through strategic outreach and engagement.
Client Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, specifiers, and project managers.
- Deliver tailored product presentations and software demos.
- Provide consultative support throughout the design process.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and tech developments.
- Share client insights with product teams to inform development.
Sales Administration
- Maintain accurate CRM records of activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams on campaigns and launches.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an Architectural Graduate, ideally with a 1st or 2.1 bachelor’s degree
- Have a strong understanding of architectural workflows and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM platforms).
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Have the ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
- Have familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
