- Lead end-to-end delivery of system implementations
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects across diverse technology stacks
- Establish and maintain enterprise-level project governance frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and processes
- Lead business development initiatives and proposal development
- Negotiate contract extensions and scope expansions
- Implement robust risk management and mitigation strategies
- Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning
- Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure technical delivery quality and adherence to standards
- Drive innovation in solution architecture and implementation
- Oversee change management and user adoption strategies
- Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Education
- 8+ years of progressive experience in ERP implementation projects management, especially with the experiences in SAP S4 Hana, 5+ years in senior PM & senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale system implementations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- PMP or IPMA, or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Exceptional client relationship management and business Development Skills
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Change management methodologies
- Data analytics and business intelligence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively evaluate information and data, communicate actionable insights to stakeholders, anticipate obstacles, and develop strategic plans for resolution.
- Attention to detail and commitment to following rigorous quality processes.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a team-oriented environment, effectively manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver high-quality results in a dynamic, high performance setting, even under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Professional fluency in English, good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate issues, deliver presentations, and prepare formal written reports.
- Ability to be creative, flexible, and adaptable in a changing work environment.
