Field Service Coordinator
YOUR TASKS
As Field Service Coordinator you empower our global service organizations to achieve Service Excellence by expanding functionality of our service tools. You are responsible for ensuring stability of the product while adding features in collaboration with teams from HQ and our teams around the world.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the owner of several service tool modules (e.g., Work Order/Task Management, Dispatching, Mobile Application, Time Tracking, Net Promoter Score).
- Define, prioritize, and manage the implementation of new features and functions to ensure high value delivery to our service organizations.
- Monitor and ensure the stability of assigned modules by tracking defects and maintaining comprehensive test plans.
- Collaborate closely with global service teams to understand needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for developers.
- Oversee quality assurance by executing tests and acting as a gatekeeper before features are released to production.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of all functionalities within the service tool’s knowledge base.
- Lead global presentations and communications to announce changes and updates to the modules you manage.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the themes under your ownership, offering guidance and expertise to internal stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of field service experience
- Knowledge: Solid knowledge of industry and market requirements
- Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum) is a plus

We offer a salary in line with the market, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is € 2,471.00 gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be overpaid in line with the market and is significantly higher than the minimum salary under the collective agreement.
