Profile Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team in ensuring the quality, performance, and stability of our Oracle Fusion applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud, automated testing tools, and quality assurance best practices. You will be responsible for leading QA strategy, overseeing test automation frameworks, coordinating test efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
- Lead and manage the QA function for Oracle Fusion applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.)
- Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and upgrades
- Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium, Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS), or Oracle Test Automation (OAT)
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
- Oversee integration, system, regression, and UAT testing phases
- Manage test environments and coordinate test data setup
- Analyze test results, log defects, and track issues to resolution using tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or TestRail
- Ensure QA best practices and compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for QA team members
- Monitor and report on quality metrics and KPIs to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in test coverage, efficiency, and reliability
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a QA leadership/management role
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks such as:
- Selenium WebDriver
- Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS)
- Oracle Test Automation (OAT)
- TestNG, JUnit, or similar
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies: Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Equivalent
- Minimum 12 years relevant experience
- Proven track record of managing large-scale User Acceptance Testing
Language Skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAFe Methodology Accreditations
- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Certification)
- Experience testing Oracle integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party middleware
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter)
- Knowledge of database query languages (SQL, PL/SQL)
