General Summary:

As a Senior Project Manager within the Common Applications team, you will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide transformation across our Customer Experience (CX), Data & Analytics (D&A), and Master Data Management (MDM) domains. This is a high-impact leadership position that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, enabling the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives that modernize our technology landscape and enhance business value.

You will lead strategic initiatives from concept to delivery, working closely with business, enterprise architects, IT stakeholders, and external partners. Your ability to navigate ambiguity, align diverse stakeholders, and manage dependencies will be critical to success. You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing on roadmaps that support innovation, scalability, and the overall business and IT strategy.Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Transformation

  • Drive Test & Learn initiatives that fuel innovation and scalable growth across business lines.
  • Lead modernization and transformation roadmaps, collaborating with business, enterprise architects, IT stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans with clear success criteria and measurable outcomes.

Program & Project Delivery

  • Oversee delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
  • Define and manage execution strategies, including scope, resources, tools, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Identify and manage risks, gaps, and cross-functional dependencies to ensure successful delivery.

Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement

  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Manage budgeting, resource planning, and vendor contracts across a geographically dispersed team.

Customer-Centric Problem Solving

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify customer pain points, co-create solutions, and ensure delivery of impactful outcomes.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching and support to team members, enabling high performance and professional growth.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT and software development projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
