What would you do as our Business Developer, Sweden

As our Business Developer, You will strengthen our focus on the Swedish market by working closely with the existing team to drive growth and engagement within the Critical Infrastructure verticals. Your role includes developing and executing comprehensive regional growth strategies to achieve ambitious organic growth targets. You will be instrumental in identifying and securing new strategic customers, while also maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing end customers. Additionally, you will engage actively with key market influencers and industry interest groups to enhance our visibility and reputation in the sector. Please note that the role involves extensive travel across Sweden, as you will frequently be meeting customers and stakeholders on-site. You will report to the Commercial and Key Account Director.

 

You would also be responsible for:

  • Drive sales growth by developing strategic plans, expanding existing accounts, and increasing recurring revenue in line with the regional targets.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to develop initiatives that expand the product and solution offering within the Critical Infrastructure verticals.
  • Build and maintain a healthy project pipeline, providing accurate monthly forecasting and ensuring all opportunities are up to date in the CRM system.
  • Strengthen customer relationships and ensure long-term business growth through regular engagement, strategic account development, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Deliver regular sales and project reports in accordance with group standards, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • has a proven experience in sales and business development within the Professional End User and System Integrator/Access Control markets, with a value-based selling approach.
  • Has familiarity with Critical Infrastructure verticals and a strong ability to develop and implement effective commercial strategies.
  • is fluent in Swedish and English; proficiency in Danish and/or Norwegian is a plus.
  • Is proficient in MS Office, with experience in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft ERP systems desirable; regular travel within Sweden is required.

You possess strong communication and negotiation skills, allowing you to present ideas and influence stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Your ability to plan, organize, and manage a demanding workload ensures that you consistently deliver results, while maintaining a high level of professionalism. You are a strategic thinker with a commercial mindset, capable of building compelling business cases and translating customer needs into tangible solutions. A collaborative and diplomatic approach, combined with firm convictions, allows you to foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike. Leadership experience is a plus, highlighting your potential to support and inspire others. You are comfortable with frequent travel and flexible enough to adapt to changing priorities.
