ASSA ABLOY acquires Rhinotek Entrance Solutions in Canada

We are pleased to announce that on December 5, 2025, ASSA ABLOY acquired Rhinotek Entrance Solutions, a leading distributor and service provider of pedestrian automatic doors and security entrance control solutions. Rhinotek is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.

Rhinotek was founded in 2011 and is a respected organization in the pedestrian automatic door and security entrance control industry. Their focus is on sales, installation, and service of swing, sliding, and revolving doors, as well as portals, and turnstiles.
