What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the development and execution of HR policies, practices, and initiatives across the business
  • Guide employee relations strategies to support a positive, engaged workplace
  • Oversee the company’s compensation programs, job structure design, and salary reviews
  • Partner with manufacturing and field HR teams to streamline workflows and optimize efficiency
  • Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting and compliance with corporate standards
  • Support senior leadership with talent planning, succession strategy, and executive-level recruiting
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend action plans
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and wage/hour regulations
  • Draft and maintain HR documentation such as job descriptions, PIPs, and policy manuals
  • Supervise and mentor HR team members, providing guidance and support for professional development
  • Collaborate with payroll and legal teams to ensure regulatory accuracy and adherence
  • Track HR metrics and prepare regular reports for executive leadership

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, preferably in manufacturing or multi-site operations
  • Proven experience in policy development, compensation strategy, and labor relations
  • Demonstrated success in managing and resolving complex employee relations issues
  • Strong knowledge of employment law (OSHA, EEO, FLSA, ERISA, ADA, etc.)
  • Skilled at coaching and influencing leaders at all levels
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Experience creating and leading performance management and succession planning programs
  • Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel and HRIS/reporting skills preferred

The Details:

This position is Monday - Thursday from 7:30am – 5:30pm and Friday 7:30am – 11:30am. Benefits, 401k, paid time off, and paid holidays, along with other fantastic benefits!
