Marketing Coordinator
Marketing Coordinator, Door Controls Location: Monroe, NC
Summary Description:
Collaborate with product management, sales, engineering, and others across the organization to support a large sales team and customer base, while driving demand for door controls products in the commercial buildings markets. You’ll be managing the introduction of new products and maintaining diverse sources of information, while promoting innovations through a variety of demand generation channels.
This role requires 5 days/week work onsite in the ASSA ABLOY Door Controls facility in Monroe, NC.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support product launch process, from product photography to documentation and communication to sales and customers
- Work with product management and business development on sales enablement tools, such as brochures, videos, presentations and playbooks
- Work with digital marketing team to define and execute paid and organic demand generation activities across channels, including social media, SEO, and online advertising
- Coordinate displays and literature for showrooms, tradeshows, customer meetings, expos and other in-person events
- Create content for sales enablement and demand generation, such as videos, blogs, white papers, case studies and more
- Coordinate the photography and production of photorealistic renderings for new product launches, campaigns, websites, and eCommerce shops
- Update and manage files within the digital asset management system, encompassing documents and images
- Effectively manage relationships with various vendors as required, including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, freelance writers, and creative agencies
- Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the marketing initiatives
Educational Requirements, Skills, and Abilities:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred
- Strong project management skills to effectively track and move forward a number of projects and tasks
