Do you want to shape the future of guest access for the world’s most iconic hotel brands? We are looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking Product Manager to lead Visionline, our market-leading global access management platform trusted by thousands of hotels and millions of customers around the world. This is an opportunity to drive cutting edge security and connected technology within the Hospitality industry, enhancing the guest experience on a global scale

Based in Stockholm, Sweden, or Ski, Norway, you will directly guide the product strategy, customer satisfaction, and business results. You will be part of the Access Product Management team working closely with R&D, Product Owners, Regional Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.

What you will do as our Product Manager

As Product Manager for Visionline, you will take ownership of the product’s vision, strategy, and lifecycle, translating customer needs into actionable roadmaps, prioritising initiatives, and driving alignment across global stakeholders. You will work closely with global customers, ensuring our access solutions remain the most trusted and innovative in the hospitality industry.

You would also:

  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader Access strategy, business objectives, and global hospitality trends.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams, holding them accountable for delivery while facilitating innovation and timely execution.
  • Engage directly with global hospitality customers and key accounts, translating their requirements into priorities and actionable solutions.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, enhancement, and eventual retirement, ensuring Visionline remains market-leading.
  • Gather and analyze user needs, market trends, and competitive insights, using data to inform product decisions and guide improvements.
  • Support sales and marketing teams and ensure security compliance, providing product expertise, messaging, and collateral for successful launches while embedding security best practices.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years’ experience in product management, ideally in technology-driven or B2B environments.
  • Proven ability to manage software products with dependencies on hardware or integrated systems.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, change, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, including internationally (up to 2–3 times per year).

The ideal candidate is a strategic and commercially minded product professional with excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, capable of managing high-profile customer interactions. You bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, experience working cross-functionally in matrix or agile environments, and proven stakeholder management skills to influence both internal teams and global customers. A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is required, while an advanced degree is a plus.
