D&D Technologies, a global leader in Australian-made gate hardware, is seeking a Customer Experience Support team member to help deliver exceptional service across our North and South American operations.
About the Role
As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you’ll support both Customer Service and Technical Service functions. You’ll be the go-to person for internal and external customers, helping with everything from order entry to warranty case management.
Key Responsibilities
· Answer and return customer calls and voicemails.
· Organize and inspect warranty returns; update CRM case files and participate in analysis.
· Track and ship spare parts and replacement key requests.
· Upload SWEETS & CAD details to CRM and generate internal reports.
· Enter customer orders into ERP (Epicor 10), including EDI and warranty orders.
· Manage overflow order entry to support the CX team.
· Handle Formstack requests for keys and literature.
· Collect, file, and scan shipping documents.
· Participate in CX team projects and provide regular updates.
What You’ll Bring
· Minimum 2 years in a customer service role or a 4-year degree (business background a plus).
· Ability to work independently and take initiative.
· Professional communication skills – verbal and written.
· Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Experience with CRM systems and ERP (Epicor 10) preferred.
· Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
