Position Summary:
The Product Manager –ENOX will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of the product category across India. The role demands a strong understanding of the glass hardware market, customer needs, and the ability to drive profitable growth through innovation, product differentiation, and effective cross-functional collaboration. This position plays a critical role in strengthening our brand presence and delivering sustainable category performance.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the product roadmap and category strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape through structured Voice of Customer programs and regular engagement with sales teams, distributors, and end-users.
- Lead and execute New Product Introductions (NPIs) through a structured product development and go-to-market process.
- Monitor and drive sales performance and profitability of the product category; initiate corrective actions where necessary.
- Drive product benchmarking and pricing strategy in line with brand positioning and commercial goals.
- Improve margins through product differentiation, cost control, and pricing interventions.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technical) to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.
- Support organizational capability building by enabling product training and knowledge sharing across commercial teams.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in managing a Pan-India product category, with clear achievements in driving organic growth and category profitability.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-driven and result-oriented approach.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and working with data for decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Deep understanding of customer-centric product development and market dynamics.
Qualification & Experience:
- Sound understanding of retail sales, preferably in the building materials industry.
- MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute, preferably with an Engineering background.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Product Management, ideally within the Building Materials / Architectural Hardware / Glass Solutions domain.
