Payroll Officer

Activités significatives : Paie
  • Créer et maintenir les fiches salariées dans le logiciel de paie (Silae) et dans Kelio
  • Gérer la préparation de la paie (remontée des éléments variables de paie) pour les 3 sociétés sur le périmètre France
  • Gérer les absences
  • Etablir et contrôler les bulletins de paie
  • Gérer la paie des stagiaires et alternants
  • Gérer les DSN de signalement et le suivi des impacts en paie
  • Gérer et suivre les droits de prévoyance et arrêts maladie
  • Participer à l’établissement des déclarations sociales et les taxes parafiscales
  • Gérer le suivi des temps de travail, les compteurs de Congés Payés (CP), Jours Non Travaillés (JNT), Repos Bonificateurs (RB)
  • Calculer les éléments de Solde Tout Compte (STC), incluant les différentes indemnités
  • Gérer les documents de sortie du collaborateur
  • Gérer les tickets restaurants
  • Préparer et suivre les reportings RH et Etablissement des tableaux de bord sociaux
  • Participer aux états annuels : DOETH, Index, BDES
  • Gestion du personnel intérimaire : suivi des heures et facturation
  • Préparer les éléments de calcul de la participation et intéressement, assurer le versement
  • Assurer et entretenir un premier niveau de relations avec les organismes sociaux
  • Préparation des états fin de trimestre ou annuel dans le cadre des provisions comptables
  • Conseiller les différents services de l’entreprise et assurer des missions sur des dossiers transverses

 

Activités significatives : SIRH
  • Gérer les paramétrages et les évolutions du logiciel de paie et de gestions des absences
  • Former les utilisateurs / Managers à Kelio
  • Participer à l’évolution future du SIRH

 

Activités complémentaires : Back up Gestionnaire RH
  • Accueillir les salariés nouvellement recrutés : gestion administrative, gestion du matériel, livret d’accueil, …
  • Préparer la sortie des salariés en instance de départ : gestion administrative, déclarations légales, ….
  • Préparation des documents réglementaires liés à la gestion du personnel ;
  • Sourcing / suivi des intérimaires

 

 

Key Responsibilities: Payroll

  • Create and maintain employee records in the payroll software (Silae) and in Kelio
  • Manage payroll preparation (collection of variable payroll elements) for the three companies within the France scope
  • Handle employee absences
  • Prepare and verify payslips
  • Process payroll for interns and apprentices
  • Manage DSN declarations and monitor payroll-related impacts
  • Administer and track health insurance and sick leave entitlements
  • Contribute to the preparation of social declarations and parafiscal taxes
  • Monitor working hours and manage leave balances (Paid Leave, Unworked Days, Compensatory Rest)
  • Calculate final pay settlements (including all applicable allowances)
  • Manage employee offboarding documentation
  • Administer meal voucher distribution
  • Prepare and monitor HR reporting and social dashboards
  • Participate in annual reporting: DOETH, Gender Equality Index, BDES
  • Manage temporary staff: track hours and invoicing
  • Prepare data for profit-sharing and incentive schemes and ensure payments
  • Maintain first-level relationships with social security and other relevant bodies
  • Prepare quarterly and annual reports for accounting provisions
  • Advise internal departments and contribute to cross-functional HR projects

Key Responsibilities: HRIS

  • Manage configurations and updates of the payroll and absence management systems
  • Train users and managers on Kelio
  • Contribute to the future development of the HRIS

Additional Responsibilities: HR Officer Backup

  • Welcome new hires: administrative onboarding, equipment management, welcome kit, etc.
  • Prepare offboarding for departing employees: administrative tasks, legal declarations, etc.
  • Prepare regulatory documents related to personnel management
  • Source and monitor temporary staffing
