Software Developer Lead

We are looking for a new colleague to join our development team in the following position:
Lead Developer
Purpose of the position: The Lead Developer is responsible for the development of the integrated access control system, as well as for the professional guidance of a 6–7-member development team. Additionally, they actively participate in development meetings and manage the software release processes.
Responsibilities:
- Development and enhancement of the integrated access control system
- Professional leadership and mentoring of a 6–7-member development team
- Active participation in development discussions
- Management of software release processes and development cycles
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of professional experience with .Net C# technology
- Knowledge of MS-SQL database management
- Network knowledge (Basic understanding of network protocols: TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with standard interfaces (RestAPI, Websocket)
- Intermediate level of English
- High degree of creativity and problem-solving skills
Advantages:
- Knowledge of secure programming (e.g. OWASP principles, identifying and handling vulnerabilities)
- Experience in team leadership
- Knowledge of security systems and access control systems
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Experience in architectural design (e.g. microservices, event-driven architecture)
- Confident use of version control systems (Git, GitFlow)
