Office Administrator
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our Automatic Door operations with a focus on administrative and basic accounting tasks. This role involves handling invoices, customer communications, and maintaining organized records. Prior experience in a construction environment is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable tasks, including invoice entry and payment tracking.
- Support billing processes, including preparing basic documentation and coordinating with project managers.
- Maintain organized records of inventory, job costs, and vendor files.
- Use Microsoft Excel and construction software (e.g., BC) to update spreadsheets and reports.
- Provide customer service support via phone and email.
- Help prepare and track lien waivers and other project-related paperwork.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction office administration or accounting support.
- Basic understanding of A/P and A/R processes.
- Familiarity with AIA billing and lien waivers is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
