We supply and install world-leading brands across the commercial sector and hold contracts with both government and private organisations.

As our business continues to grow, we’re seeking a dedicated and proactive Service Coordinator to join our Perth team on a 12-month parental leave contract.

The Role

Join a collaborative and supportive team of Service Coordinators where your contribution will be vital to the smooth delivery of our services.

In this fast-paced, varied position, you’ll coordinate customer enquiries, schedule technicians, prepare quotes, and ensure parts and materials are sourced efficiently.

Comprehensive training and on-the-job support will be provided to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate service jobs and schedule field technicians

Handle incoming service calls and customer enquiries

Prepare quotes and liaise with clients and contractors

Manage preventive maintenance contracts and service requests

Source parts and assist with project coordination

Maintain accurate records using company systems

About You

You’re a motivated and organised professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll bring:

Proven experience in a scheduling, administration, or coordination role

Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner

The ability to learn new systems quickly

A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic

Attention to detail and good technical aptitude

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience in a service-based industry (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or similar)

Familiarity with simPRO or other job management software
